GWINNETT CENTER ANNOUNCES NEW TICKETING OPPORTUNITIES

    Duluth, GA. (February 5, 2024) – Gwinnett Center announced new box office hours and a localized phone number today. The new ticketing opportunities will go into effect on February 5, 2024.

    The Arena at Gwinnett Center will extend weekday box office hours from 10:00AM – 5:00PM to 10:00AM – 7:00PM in an effort to help working professionals buy event tickets after traditional business hours.

    In addition to the new hours, Gwinnett Center is also launching a new localized ticketing phone number, (770) 626-2464. This phone number is supported by Gwinnett Center’s ticket provider, AXS Ticketing. The call center will offer both English and Spanish speaking representatives, which will provide patrons with better support during the ticket buying process over the phone.

    “We always listen to customer comments, and we do our best to meet their needs wherever possible,” said assistant general manager Ron Jackson. “These new ticketing opportunities give us the ability to provide the best service that we can.”
